About Me

I was born, raised and currently reside in Portland Oregon. With a professional background in child development and early education I have spent many years supporting families in various settings and over fifteen dedicated to raising my own children.
I have lived through a lot of what I now help others navigate. The messy and often heartbreaking work of learning to come home to myself has taken me through addiction, recovery, familial estrangement, betrayal, and self abandonment and back again through winding roads I never thought I would encounter.
Often emotional and awe inspiring, sometimes challenging and overwhelming, every psychedelic and healing journey is unique and frequently indescribable with words alone. So many of the healing I experience takes place in the quiet moments of day to day life. Sometimes alone, sometimes in the company of trusted others. As I continue to make sense of my story over and over again, the integration of my psychedelic experiences teaches me how important it is to connect with each other as we forge a path back to ourselves, rebuilding inner safety after relational harm.
I am passionate about helping people find ways to stop pretending they have it all together to make others more comfortable. I believe that slowly, intentionally and together we can heal things we had all but given up on, and find new ways to experience joy in our daily lives. Together we can learn to center ourselves in new ways one day at a time.
