Integration support can help create an intentional space to reflect and feel seen without judgment.

Integration often refers to the process of taking insights gained during altered states and weaving them into our daily lives, but integration doesn’t need to be limited to psychedelic experiences. Any intense life change, spiritual awakening, trauma, relationship shift, or deep emotional upheaval can break us open.

As you reflect, adjust, and learn to live with your ever changing story, you may find emotions that have been buried for a long time and feel unsure of where they belong or what to do with them. Seeking support is one way to bring intention to that process.

You might be integrating a recent journey or processing a resurfacing experience from years ago. Wherever you are in your process, this work is about supporting you as you move through it, piece by piece. Making sense of what’s come up, reconnecting with your truth, and finding ways to live in alignment with who you are now.

If you’re looking for someone to walk beside you as you find your way back to yourself, with more clarity, self-trust, and presence, integration support can offer a space for that.

There are many types of altered states. Psychedelic experiences, meditation, dreams, deep emotional processes, and significant life events all have the potential to transform us. Some we intentionally seek, while others arrive unexpectedly. If you are seeking support from someone who understands, I would be honored to walk beside you for this part of your journey.

A winding personal path has shaped my approach and offerings. My professional training includes psychedelic coaching, mindful living and meditation, harm reduction and peer support. My lived experience includes home birth, family support and childcare. I am passionate about community building and I have continued educational interest in end of life psychedelic care and full spectrum doula work. My personal interests include volunteering, reading, journaling, deconstructing oppressive systems, seeing everything as art, and napping.

My full rate is $50/hour, with package options available upon request. This rate reflects the value I place on my training, experience, and time, while aiming to be accessible. It is not intended to reflect or define the value of your personal growth process. Cost should never be a barrier to support, please reach out to discuss flexible options if needed.

The legal framework that holds psychedelic support is still evolving, so it makes sense to have questions about what you are looking for, whether it is available to you and how to access it. Please do not hesitate to reach out with your questions, it would be an honor to support you on your journey.

No matter what you are feeling it is welcome

Tears, laughter, joy, grief, confusion, hope and silence are all common after a psychedelic experience or during periods of intense life changes. You might be feeling raw, confused, a little bit or a lot lost. If you have outgrown your life and the systems it was built around, if you are looking to sort out what to let go of and what to keep, I am here and eager to witness you and your beautiful process.

Perhaps you have just been through a journey and are looking to make sense of it. Maybe you have an experience from years ago that still needs combing through. Training

After realizing how important connection is for healing, I dove headfirst into discovering how I could support others on their healing journeys. In 2025 I finished a year long training with Soundmind Institute and went on to become a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon. In addition to the in-depth and comprehensive program I was blessed to attend a four day hands on practicum experience at the InnerTrek campus in Portland. The entire training was as much an extension of my personal growth as it was a practical training experience. I am continuing my education and experience through volunteer work in psychedelic and crisis intervention spaces. I am always interested in adding to my professional tool box, my future study plans include end of life psychedelic care and somatics.
